Three Degrees in Tuncurry (formerly known as Hamiltons Oysters) overlooks the stunning waters of Wallis Lake. Long loved by locals and visitors alike for its relaxed coastal charm and delicious oysters, the restaurant has rebranded but continues to serve its signature seafood and welcoming vibe.

Known for its fresh oysters topped with creative flavours, Three Degrees sources oysters from its own farm on Wallis Lake (seasonal availability permitting), or from other local estuaries when needed. The food menu also includes a variety of interesting dishes, with something for every taste.

With spectacular views across the lake and surrounding landscape, lucky diners often catch sight of dolphins swimming through the water — a truly special bonus.

Three Degrees offers all-day dining. Seating is available both indoors and out on the verandah under charming striped umbrellas. Please note there is no table service — simply order and pay at the bar.

The takeaway kiosk remains a local favourite for fish and chips, burgers, coffees, ice-creams, cold drinks, and of course — freshly shucked oysters to go. Essentials like bait and ice are also available, and the nearby picnic area and playground make it ideal for families looking to enjoy a relaxed afternoon by the water.
