There are three double bedrooms downstairs. All of them open up onto private balconies so everyone can have their own space away if they need. One bedroom also has a small bathroom with a shower and toilet
The main living room comprises of a huge open plan living space which both rooms open out onto. There is a single day bed which could be used for an extra guest
The main living room opens out onto a huge balcony over looking Port Stephens. This is a great sitting area for breakfast, it's a wonderful place to feel like you are sitting in amongst the trees and enjoying nature
