On offer is locally grown organic fruit and vegetables, free range eggs, delicious homemade cakes and bread, chocolates, gingerbread, olive products, honey, natural skin care, gourmet and artisan products, wines, a variety of plants, locally made crafts, gifts for friends and family, seedlings, chooks and lots more!
As you wander around Nabiac Farmers Market you will be entertained by a local band or singer, and all the stallholders are more than happy to chat to you about their produce.
For a gardener, like me, the Nabic Farmers Market has an array of plants both edible and ornamental and at extremely good value!
As well as the wonderful produce you can have the best bacon and egg ever! It is seriously good and a great cup of coffee, other food vendors frequent the market also.
For the health conscious you will find Aloe Vera products, kombucha, fermented foods and all sorts of fabulous products to take home that won't break the bank. I drink Aloe Vera juice for inflammation and a large bottle cost me $14 which is fantastic for an organic high quality product that actually tastes good too.
For organic chemical free eggs laid by chickens that enjoy a totally free range habitat then you must head over to the egg stall.
For the kids, there are activities whilst mum and dad relax in the sun enjoying their coffee. The Nabiac Farmers Market is quite extensive and makes for an enjoyable Saturday morning.
I couldn't resist purchasing a jar of organic macadamia spread. It's so good I've been sneaking a spoonful here and there during the day since I've been home from the market.
Despite the current drought there is plenty of fruit on offer too.
Those apples are delicious and as for the bananas they are sweet and full of flavour.
As I mentioned before there are plenty of health related foods and products for sale too.
If you are after a truly remarkable country farmers market then do get down and experience the Nabiac Farmers Market.
