Urunga Board Walk NSW North Coast

Urguna Board Walk Coffs Coast

The Urunga Boardwalk is best I've ever done! Situated on Morgo Street, Urunga the walk will take around 30 minutes return trip although I must admit I'm a fast walker and it took me much less time.

From the moment I set eyes on this amazing boardwalk I could not wait to start walking and discover what was at the other end.

Urunga Boadwalk

The Urunga Boardwalk passes along the banks of the Kalang River, to the junction with the Bellinger River and out to the ocean. There is plenty to see including marine life, birds and stunning views that reach to the Great Dividing Range.

The walk is flat and suitable for people using wheelchairs. Along the way, you can stop and read signs that relate relevant and historical information as well as plenty of places to rest and soak in the amazing views.

At the end of the boardwalk you will come to a leash free pet-friendly beach area to the south of the river mouth.

Urunga Boardwalk Beach

You may also want to take a walk around the Urunga Wetlands.
