Saddles Mount White Menu
The food at Saddles is equally impressive, with a focus on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant prides itself on a “Paddock to Plate” philosophy, offering dishes that highlight the best of Australian produce. From expertly prepared meats to freshly baked goods, the menu delights with its mix of traditional and contemporary flavors. Signature offerings like miso-glazed salmon, slow-cooked lamb, and house-made pastries elevate the dining experience, while decadent desserts bring a satisfying end to the meal. Whether enjoying a casual lunch or a special evening out, Saddles Mount White offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere paired with outstanding cuisine that truly celebrates the region’s finest produce.

Owner John Singleton aimed to create a restaurant that highlights the natural beauty of Mount White, where he lived for over 30 years. To realise his vision, Singleton enlisted the expertise of the esteemed White + Dickson Architects and Interior Designer Michelle Leslie to design a structure that harmoniously blends with the surrounding flora and fauna.

From large log fireplaces, stunning dried floral arrangements, unique barstools (hence the name saddles) and magnificent water views and scenery, Saddles Mount White is a beautiful place to visit.
