When I visited Driftwood Lodge I was warmly welcomed by the owners, Murray and Dana. Murray is always there to welcome guests on arrival.

As soon as I walked into the lounge room I fell in love with the decor and ambience and with the cosy fire burning in the corner. The home smells fresh as well with perfumed scents coming from somewhere mysterious, maybe the flowers on the table.

Guests are more than welcome to bring their own kayaks to venture on to the water, however life jackets are recommended, and there are great fishing spots down by the river.
